Returns Policy

Sorry no exchanges - REFUNDS ONLY on full priced items.
Sale items CANNOT be returned/refunded or exchanged.
We hope you love your All of the Styles purchases but if for any reason they are not suitable we will happily offer a refund for items you wish to return.
Returns must be RECEIVED back no later than 14 days from receiving the item.
Returns must include a completed returns form (included in your parcel) failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return.
To return your parcel simply post this back to us at the address below. We recommend sending by recorded/signed for delivery. Please keep your proof of return receipt from your chosen courier service, in case there is an issue with delivery, as you will need this to request tracing on the parcel. Failure to do so may result in a delay or problem with your return. We cannot be held liable for any items that do not arrive and are lost by your chosen courier.
In the rare event that your item(s) are deemed as faulty or incorrect we ask that you return the item to us as per above. Upon receipt, if found to be faulty, we will exchange where possible. If this isn't possible a full refund of the item will be issued, including return postage up to the value of £4.19 (Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For small parcel value). Proof of your postage will be required via email in order to refund.

All returns are processed within 5 working/business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving your items back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your refund has been completed we will notify you via email; it may take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your receiving account depending on your banking facilities.
Returns MUST be received in original condition as defined below:
  • Tags still attached
  • Any original packaging i.e. boxes, bags must be included
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No marks on items including make-up and deodorant.
  • No defects such as thread pulls, missing embellishments, torn material etc
  • No odours - perfume, deodorant, cigarette smoke etc.
Items which are not received in their original condition, as defined above, will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender at their cost. If you do not wish to pay for your return we will destroy the item and you will not be refunded, so please take extra care when trying on your order. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable. We will refund the original payment method (debit or credit card) for the full value of the item. We do not refund original postage costs.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, this can take several working days so please bear this in mind from the date your item was received back by us. If you’ve double checked your account and the timeline stated above for refunds has lapsed, please contact us via email at and we will investigate this for you.
Sale items
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EVERY garment is tagged and double checked before dispatch.
