UK STANDARD DELIVERY
UK Standard Delivery is FREE on all UK orders of £20 or more. Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail’s 2nd Class Delivery and a signature will be required.
Please Note: Items are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card should be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection and/or re-delivery the next working day; should you arrange this with them. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour if they can obtain a signature. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on bank holidays and weekends.
TERMS OF POSTAGE
If you opt for standard delivery (which is a trackable service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, we will resend your order at the company’s expense and make a claim on your behalf.
Royal Mail doesn't class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.
All parcels will be dispatched within 3 working days.
We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays!
